You can prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal by any of the means provided by law, and in any case it will be considered that you have legally exercised this right if you have proof of return or shipment of products to us.

Your right to withdraw from a contract only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. Please return each product using its original packaging. You must also include with the returned product all the boxes, the product labels, any accompanying forms and wrappers. You will not be entitled to any compensation if the product is opened or used after opening or damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products that are in your possession.

You can return any product to our store at 77 Kyprou Street, Argyroupoli 16451 through a courier company that cooperates with our store so that the cost of returning the products is cheaper for you. In any case, you will be charged with the shipping costs for both the return and the shipment of the new replaced products that we will send you.

Please note that if you wish to return the goods to us by your own means, we have the right to charge you for any direct costs that we may incur in order to receive the products in this way.

We will examine the returned product in detail and inform you if you are entitled to a refund or which will be made either by counterfeit if you have paid for the product by credit / debit card or by depositing the amount in a bank account which you will indicate to us within 10 calendar days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.
